Changing Price Programs

1. Select PRICE PROGRAM from the Select An Option window.

2. A Select An Option window will appear with the following options:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit and return to the Select An Option window which displays when you first enter the Price Programs menu option.
• ADD – Select ADD to add a new price program.
• PRINT LIST – Select PRINT LIST to print a list of pricing programs.
• A list of price programs

Scroll to the price program that needs to be changed and press Enter.

2. Enter a new reference number for the price program in the Program ID field and press Enter or press Enter to accept the existing reference number.

3. Enter a new name for the price program and press Enter or press Enter to accept the existing price program name.

4. A Select A Price Exception window will appear with the following options:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit and return to the Select An Option window.
• ADD PRICING EXCEPTION – Select ADD PRICING EXCEPTION to add an additional price exception to the price program selected. See Adding Price Exceptions for more information.
• PRINT LIST – Select PRINT LIST to print a list of pricing exceptions in the price program selected.
• A list of price exceptions included in the price program. The following information will display:
  • The item code ID or item mask
  • The item class and item subclass mask(s)
  • The item name if the price exception is for a single item
  • F and the dollar amount, to indicate a fixed selling price exception or the amount and method of calculation (per LB or %).
  • The price exception type – product or the cost adjustment type assigned to the price exception.

Select a price exception to modify the price exception that appears on the price program. Command options will appear:

• Change – Select Change to change the price exception. Changes may be made to the fixed price, start date and stop date fields. Make the necessary changes and press Enter. You will return to the Select A Price Exception window.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the price exception.
• Void Program – Select Void Program to void the complete price program.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select A Price Exception window.

Use the appropriate command options to add a price exception or change or delete an existing price exception for the price program and press Enter when finished. The Select A Price Exception window will appear; select EXIT.

Command options will appear:

• Update – Select Update to save the price program.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select An Option window.

Select Update.

Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
